1-Cancellation of an Order:

2-Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from e-licktronic, for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the item (90 days for exchange against another product or store credit). No returns will be accepted without first obtaining a return authorization number. The product must be returned in its original packaging (in resalable condition) with the invoice and a short explanatory note including the authorization number back. Transport insurance
