Replacement for Schmitt Trigger HD14584?

  My e-licktronic kit did not come the Schmitt Trigger HD14584.
  
  I don't know much about Schmitt Triggers. Can I replace the missing one with any off-the-shelf parts?
  
  I'm also a bit confused because the PDF "Detail Yocto Kit" calls this part HC14584N, which doesn't exist in any database I can find.

Try to search for CD40106BE instead, it's an equivalent.
