Why are the 2 green polyester capacitors not included in kit

So I have run into yet another confusing aspect of the yocto build. I have moved on to the noise circuit. Im pulling together all of the parts and there are no green polyester capacitors, specifically c32 and c33. why would E-licktronic put together a half kit and give you a mouser BOM that is incomplete? This is incredibly frustrating. :/
or am I missing something?
I think i may have found the parts...they are not green. 
There's a bunch of Panasonic polyester film caps in the Mouser basket. They happen to be gray in the pictures at Mouser. The important stuff, capacitance and even tolerance is identical or better.
C32 is called 667-ECQ-V1H393JL in the Mouser basket. The code 393J says it's 39nF, or 0.039uF with J tolerance. The BoM calls for a K tolerance (10%) so this component is better if you nitpick
C33 is the Mouser article 667-ECQ-V1183JM9. The keyword here is 183J, telling you it's 18nF or 0.018uF with J (5%) tolerance.
Google capacitor codes and you'll see that it gets easy to decode the rest. Capacitors are normally listed in uF, microFarads, so you have to recalculate a little to get the nF values. I have yet to vouch for the completeness of the Mouser basket, but these two values are at least in there.
I supposed you could paint them green with a marker...
