Big transistor question..
I have a few different package, different seller’s 2SC2603, including Vincent’s that were included in the kit.
What’s the typical HFE of these transistors? I have values all over the place for these. Some -F terminating 2603 are 300+, some of them mid 200s.
Same applies for the 1115 although generally hfe is lower.
Also are Vincent’s NOS or new production? I found them rather consistent hfe wise..
