You can do this by loading the eagle BRD file and unhiding the layers that show the panel components. You can then use the measuring tool to precisely layout measurements for each of the panel pots switches etc. I layout measurements from the edge of the board inwards to the pots and switches.

The case is un-changeable? They have already been made? It really needs an IEC port. To hand make this beautiful beautiful device and put a wall wart on it seems crazy.. I agree an IEC port is essential. A wall wart for this machine is not good, they take up too much space, and you can't get a true...

Just wanted to post an update in case someone else has this problem, but it appears that the sequencer problem went away. 
Its strange but I guess It just needed some burn in time.

Sequencer problem?
Just finished my second Yocto and everything works with one exception. After a while of playing with the sequencer set to "pattern midi" it just stops playing. :cry: I am using ableton live as the main controller so I just hit stop and play again and the yocto goes back to playing like nor...

Ground Hum solution?
I read here somewhere that there was a solution to the ground hum problem when using a trigger out and sometimes when connecting midi. Can someone direct me to that info or post? Im have a ground hum noise when using a trigger out.
