Ground Hum solution?

I read here somewhere that there was a solution to the ground hum problem when using a trigger out and sometimes when connecting midi. Can someone direct me to that info or post? Im have a ground hum noise when using a trigger out.

Simply disconnect Jack ground it will do the trick
