Re: Open Hihat decay problem
Same here, i already posted that problem earlier. The hihat decay is way too short. First thought was i damaged some parts... I built the whole section from scratch again, at first it worked, but after the Nava was off for some days, the decay was short again. I swapped some transistors around and s...

Re: Hi Hat pitch too high
R492 is responsible for the pitch of the hats, maybe check that resistor first. It is a 12k resistor...

Re: Hihat Decay is way too short ?
Now it works as it should :) I did a last desperate check this morning and don't ask me why i did that but I pulled the M5218L out of the socket during a pattern was played and put it carefully back in its socket. It did a short crack and suddenly all sounded normal like it should. It was like the w...

[SOLVED] Hihat Decay is way too short ?
First of all i have to admit that i fried the m5218l somehow as i tried to trigger the hats with an impulse before i finished the sequencer but now i have finished the sequencer so after that maybe some parts also have been damaged? But i was able to get another M5218l that should work. But as i und...

Re: Sequencer part shows no voltages ?
Thanks for your answer...
Yes that makes sense to me too. So I will continue building and look if things will work at the end.
But then the building instructions should be corrected... or someone reads this post

Sequencer part shows no voltages ?
Hi, i am stuck at the moment, maybe someone has a clue where to start looking. I have built the nava like described on the homepage... the analogue part works (checked with the trigger points, also all voltages are right). Now i am at the sequencer part. I am at the point before inserting the ICs. B...
