Clap issue (FIXED)

Running into an issue with the clap. With TM3 turned all the way to the left I hear the sound of clap reverb with proper decay to silence... however as soon as I turn my TM3 trim to the right to mix dry clap sound it is mostly just noise (At low ratios you can hear the clap being triggered amongst the noise). I took a look at the 808 service manual and started to poke around with an oscilliscope and it seems im getting the correct voltages on IC23 pin 14 and IC23 pin 1. But the other measurements are off. Ive double checked all the solder joints and re-done anything that looked questionable. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. All other functions and sounds are behaving as they should.

Same as here:

Many kits contain broken AN6912's and the result always is infinite noise decay. You will need to desolder it (clip of legs or use good desoldering tool).
