Re: Official Nava BUGS list
don't know if already mentioned.. try the following: global accent on steps 1, 5, 9, 13 open hihats with long decay on steps 3, 7, 11, 15 listen what happens. one of the most annoying bugs. another bug: programming a pattern and saving it makes the sequencer to stumble the moment the enter key is pr...

Re: snare tone pot reverse pitch
yeah, pitch is frequency and if my understanding is right, one resonator oscillates at lower frequency than the other and the tone pot controls the amplitudes of the signals from resonator "low frequency" and resonator "high frequency" which pass to the output. looking at your so...

Re: snare tone pot reverse pitch
i wasn't clear enough there are two resonators at fixed frequencies, the TONE pot mixes/balances the audio outputs from them there's no actual frequency/pitch tuning going on but i also failed to read your first post carefully: ... the pitch gets higher turning it clockwise.. that's the correct beh...

Re: snare tone pot reverse pitch
thanks for your explanation, but as far as I know pitch is related to frequency and the tone control changes the frequency as you wrote? so if turning the tone pot changes the frequency imho this implies that you change the pitch of the (body) snare.. nevertheless, the frequency goes higher turning ...

snare tone pot reverse pitch
Hello, I finished a yocto yesterday and everything is fine, just a problem in the snare circuit.. the tone pot works in reverse, which means the pitch gets higher turning it clockwise.. I already desoldered it to check it's value and it's right with B104.. I also checked the parts for right orientat...

Re: NAVA professional soldering service
hope it works out for you, otherwise you have 2 navas which don't work ;) why don't you just ask someone to fix your nava, if you aren't willing to put some effort into it to debug it yourself? that would certainly be cheaper than getting another nava "fabricated". do you want to share the...

Re: NAVA professional soldering service
Hello everybody, After I finished my first NAVA. I've noticed that the NAVA does not work as it should. I think i have two left Hands ;-) Now I order a second and let them assemble from a professional company in Germany. Per NAVA this costs 500 € exl Vat. - they bend all parts and cut them. - leadf...
