Re: Wire length?
I guessed from the images, and "knowing" where different drumsounds came out of the mainboard and "knowing" wher they would end up at the outputboard. And of course matching pin1 to pin 1 and so on for each connector.

Re: [solved] Bass Drum BUZZZ
hehe, the funny thing is that i was thinking exact in that way... but the other problem is where to connect the shield - obviously, not to the GND, the whole fix is about to put the trace away from the ground plane. Would it help to use a shielded cable, but without connecting the shielding anywhere?

Re: [solved] Bass Drum BUZZZ
I too had big troubles in desoldering the M5218L... But after I got it off (without two of the legs  ) I realized that this can be done without desoldering it. Cut the traces mentioned, then try to solder the wire directly to the pad of that pin. A long enough wire, and you could probably sold...

Re: Kick drum just clicks...
Hmmmm just playing around and I've found that if I push on one of the M5218Ls then I get a nice kick. Just crimped the pins slightly in order to get a tighter fit, but it's still very temperamental - the slightest touch on the IC will make it stop working and need jiggling back into place... Also, ...

Re: Mix Out Noisy/Distorted
Ok, I've just added the 10uf caps. I am very happy with the result. The noise floor is way better now. Still not as perfect as on the individual outs, but for me it is absolutely tolerable like this. Also as a nice side effect the overall output level of the instruments, especially of the BD, is a ...

Re: left master output
Hi everyone! One question regarding the left output from the NAVA: I only get very, very low output out of it. The mono/ right out is perfect. Anyone with the same issue or an idea why this could be? Why is there a stereo output anyways? Are some instruments panned a bit when using the stereo out? ...

Extra pots
Anyone who can point me to the direction of 10k linear bourns-type of-pots, like the ones that where in the kit. But they have to be a bit thinner, as I would like to place a pot for the hi-hat pitch above the decay pot for short hat. So it have to be above the PCB I also would like to use the sam p...

Re: Ground and 5 volt connected on main board
I have the same issue with Ground and 5V connected (under power only). It goes away as soon as I pull IC 118. I still have an issue with my Snare which goes into a feedback as soon as I stop the sequencer after I switched transistor legs of Q43/46/49. Unfortunately I didn't check when everything wa...
