Re: Nava board 1.01a bassdrum P1' to P1 jumper
You can still test all the sounds leaving ic111 and ic114 unpopulated. Be aware that we are not using a standard dip socket for the MUX. Check the tutorial pinned at the top of this forum.

Enjoy it, be maticulous and you'll have a great working 909 clone. Definitely go with the MUX even if you have to get someone local to build them for you. The firmware has come on leaps and bounds since Zabox took it on.

Re: Nava board 1.01a bassdrum P1' to P1 jumper
No, there is no other work needed. The build guide explains everything correct. Ensure your wire is arched and not flat to the board and fitted to the component side. In my first build a few years back i thought i would be smart and fit the cable flat and on the solder side - nice and neat - but i w...

Re: sequencer pcb 1.02 IC
All locations and parts are correct to the tutorial. The only differences, which are noted in the guide, are IC111 and IC114 which are the mux boards, also IC110 HAS been removed and replaced with IC1 - also releated to the MUX. Maybe try working with the BOM (downloadable from the Elick website) as...

Re: No Power voltage on ic36 snaredrum.
I think you are ok to proceed. If you are unsure and want to wait I'm building a Nava currently and expect to fire it up tomorrow so I can the check for you then - to be honest I never check the voltages IC36, if you look at the silkscreen there is no test point point for voltages so I guess the vol...
