Man. I wish I knew. I got in to mine with a scope and realized that I'm SUPER close to understanding all of this, but just not quite there. I'd like to add to this... I found that triggering the sounds from external MIDI literally only worked once per instrument. I was able to trigger each sound ONE TIME via an external device and never again until my Nava was powered off and back on... at which point each sound could be triggered again...

First of all D-wreck, thanks so much for actually replying! I busted out the oscilloscope and took a crack at it. I checked out the schematic and tried my best. It seemed like I got good readings for the trigger... But I'm guessing that wasn't a problem anyway since I could hear a click from the out...

Ok. Swapped all of the op amps, powering up and testing each time. Same exact results every time. So definitely not the op amps. Swapped a few transistors and got the same results too. Hmmm... Any other thoughts here? Still have a "click" for kick and mid tom and no life at all out of the ...

A few instruments not working
Just finished my build and it's pretty close. Working instruments are: Snare Drum (works) Low Tom (works) Rim Shot (works) Hand Clap (works) Hi Hat (works) Crash (works but a bit quiet) Ride (works) I have a very quick click for the Kick Drum and the Hi Tom...
