No +5v at rectangular marked pins of ICs in sequencer

  • you have to connect J10 from the IO board to the main board

Ah okay, so have I missed that out or are the build instructions in kind of the wrong order for them to be telling me to look for +5v at this stage?
  • yeah its not mentioned in the build guide that power comes from J10 and not the main connector
  • By the way this is the 3rd time I see someone asking this exact question, use the search function folks! ;)

    Ahhh oops sorry!
  • in the "finish" section there's a picture where there's 5v measurement.
I get 10v between the "TP1" and "GND" points.

    anyone any solution?

    greets!

That's where you adjust the trimmer to get down to 5V

I've did this but this doesnt affect the voltages.
It goes between 9v and 11,50v
I've replaced the reversed IC's and now the system
Is not responding on a logical way.. No lcd contrast anymore
And some of the leds are lightly flashing..
  • We did some measurements..
    Replaced the tm2 trimmer,
We now get 2v to 3,5v trough the tm2
    On points gnd end tp1.

The problem seems to be in ic118.
We gonna replace this one tonight.

    Every other measurment between
Gnd and 5v points we get the logical 5v.
Sequemcer and logical led run is still not possible.
