Power capacitor

Hello everybody


I didn't receive the 2200F/35V electrolytic capacitors, as they were not in stock. I have some 4700F/35V capacitors. Can i use these instead?

The +/-15V supply is just a simple linear regulator supply, nothing fancy there.
So as long as the voltage rating is the same or higher and they physically fit on the pcb,
going up in capacity will not cause any problems. Very large capacitors may cause the
supply rails to ramp up slowly, but just doubling the capacity, no problem
