  I found a few that were kind of long(like maybe over 3/4 mm past the solder joint?), but honestly, I think what you are seeing is an optical illusion from the lighting and the traces on the board. Can you specifically point out what you are talking about? I'm afraid if I cut right at the solder joint that I am weakening the structure of the joint...
