Edit: everything is working except crash, handclap, hi-tom now...

First check all power supply values on each section.
Do you use jumper or 0 ohm resistor for the RP resistors ?

All power supply values are correct on all 3 instruments.
Yes, i use 0 ohm resistors for the RPresistors on all instruments.
This is what my hi-tom sounds like, and if you listen carefully you can hear it all the time even when its not triggered. I'm moving the pitchpot without triggering it in the the end of the soundexample.

Take a scope and measure...
Envelopes, vca, opamp in/outs
