another accent bug

there is a bug where total accent can affect the next step, you can recreate this like so
Make a 16 step pattern with accent on every step.
Set total accent to max
Set a bass drum on 1, 5, 9, 13
Listen
Now take accents off on step 8
you can hear the issue on the kick on step 9, its not as quiet as no accent but also not as loud as full accent.
Vincent said this comes from the accent voltage. The solution should be to reduce max accent voltage to less than 5v (same thing as when you set accent less than maximum). But he doesn't yet know if this is fixable in software.
