Hey there!

I'm at the point where I'm measuring power voltages before I add the IC's. The M5218L's all measure +15 and -15 where they should, but the two 0.6v points are not measuring 0.6v.
the one near VCO1 is 0v
the one near VCO2 is about 15 mv

Or aren't these supposed to read 0,6v at this point?
Is it safe to put the IC's in?

You can put ICs in without any problem.
0.6v is voltage peak to peak of VCO waveform.

What about IC36? I'm not getting any voltage on any of those pins..

The 4069 should have +/-15V on pins 7 & 14 check with one lead on ground... You also need RP3 (+15v) & RP4 (-15v) filled with lead shorts or 0 ohm resistors. All the RP resistors act as a power rail jumpers.

Hmmm... 1 ish volt on all the pins...

Me either. What ended up happening with yours?

I have the samedi problem on ic36. No power voltage on any pins. The other ic have voltage. Rp3 ans rp4 have 15 ans -15v. Hello please
