Hi
Is there any chance i can get the whole BOM as an excel doc.
I'm using this to keep hold on my components when soldering.
Otherwise it will be a real mess if something is missing or for later
notes...

Not a direct answer to your question, but I will use the handy lists in the build guide to sort all components per section before starting my build.

Maybe you can save and print them out?

That's exactly what I did. I printed out all the individual directions from the Build it section, then I stapled each section together, and it makes things very organized. I also printed out the Mouser BOM pages and I sort every resistor and capacitor by values then it's much easier looking for the components as I need them. I am a bit anal when it comes to being organized, but if my unit doesn't work after I complete the build I want to make sure it's not due to my component misplacement. Another reason I really make sure my components are in the right place is because I despise de-soldering.

You can export the BOM to an excel.
