Exploring Knob options

I wanted to find out what knobs people are using 12xA 10xB 1xC 1xD (A,B,C,D = Colour)
This seems to be a popular one (Excellent unit made by SubStyer);

Can anyone tell me where these knobs are from?
Any other interesting options?
Previously I bought some but the 'D' shaft in the knob is oriented 180 degrees the wrong way. Not so bad as it allows me to explore other options.
I've seen some 'Moog style' ones that seem pretty cool.
What else have you guys used?
