Latest BOM, Capacitor Voltage values differs?

Just started out with the first section.
C3 spec. 680 / 35 Volt
included in BOM 680 / 25 Volt... is this really OK?
C16, C18, C20 spec. 100uF/ 10V
included in BOM 100uF/ 6.3V. (8 qty included)
OK or error?

100uF/ 6.3V are Ok

the Power Supply part number C3 is electrolytuc capascitor 680/ 35 V on mouser bom what i order is 680 / 25 volts is this ok?

on the PCB c16-c18-c20 are not polar while the capacitors are. does it matter what the orientation is then?
