Trigger 3

I have wired a jack to the Trig 3 point on the board, but I don't seem to be getting any signal from it when I set up some triggers in the sequencer. Is anyone using trig 3 successfully? Is it actually implemented in the firmware?

Thanks,
Conor

hi,

i don't know, but in a related question i would like to ask if it is know
why the accent out was not implemented in the yocto?
(or is it perhaps "trigger 3"?)

Bump!
Anyone have any ideas on this? Does your Trig 3 do anything?

maybe this thread is too old, but does trigger 3 function as it should on the NC sequencer channel? And what is the correct way to wire it?

Trig 3 is straight off of the microcontroller, so I believe it is S-Trig (at least starting with v1.0a), just like Trig 1 and Trig 2. BUT trig 1 & 2 both run through a transistor circuit that filps them to V-Trig. To do the same to Trig 3, you have to add the following circuit (see photo).

Thanks for the image here..
Successfully built a TRIG3 out yesterday.

The image is quite confusing though, it talks about T2/TRIG2 not TRIG3 :)
Also the Yocto_IO_board_v1.0.pdf is more confusing, pin 2 of JP4, which appears to be labeled TRIG_OUT1, but has TRIG3 under it. And there's TRIG_OUT3 on pin 10 there.. I don't get it, very confusing.

For anyone wondering:
TRIG2 OUT on the image is the part that goes to the jack
T2 is the part that goes to pin 2 of JP4
