PSU problem - wrong voltages...

Hi! I build 2nd Yocto and have strange problem with PSU. Point +15V gives me +8V and point -15V gives me -8v (measured between GND point of course). +5V point is correct. My first thing was faulty regulators so i changed it. Still the same problems. I changed all 1N4004 diodes and still the same. I don't have idea what can be wrong. I'm using 1A toroidal transformer with 15V-15V secondaries.

PS. Of course first Yocto build working correct and there i used the same PSU and transformer.

Have you checked the output voltage of the transformer (this is AC, don't forget to change the setting on your multimeter) and the input voltage of the voltage regulators?
Did you use the alternate wiring with the real ground connection?

Yes, I checked eveything. Problem is solved now. I put out all diodes capacitors ect. and solder it once again. Now everything is working. It's wired and i really don't know what was wrong :?
