Hey guys,

Is there any testing routine to check everything when a Yocto is fully assembled. Or you just go thru every function and every instruments and chech. You compare the actual 808 sounds to the yocto just hearing...?

Thanks!

If you pick up an arduino when can test the instruments while you build. That's the best way to know what's up before you build the entire thing and turn it on to find out things are out of whack.

I have built this and that's great http://www.thonk.co.uk/shop/mutable-ins ... r-pcbchip/
http://mutable-instruments.net/module_tester
I have built this and that's great
I recommend CV + GATE Triger OUT / IN selectable 1V 2V 1-2V ARP ARP 1-2-3V 1V/octave 5V/octave etc. Audio IN / OUT Audio In to see frequency or very accurate!
And other convenient functions like already have a cable for 12V power Eurorack.
I recommend it.
is just a DIY thonk now sells PCBs if not you have to buy in groups or be printed on PCB, the project is OpenSource.

If you have the passion of the synth DIY then I highly recommend it if you know how to program one gets its firmware.
I think these projects should not be forgotten, but carried out with new features etc .....
