Hey there,

I recently purchased a used Nava Extra 9 which I'm told was assembled by someone named Kieran in the UK. Everything seems to work great except I am getting no sound from the Ride through the main nor from the multi jack. I know a tech friend who could help but isn't familar with this unit. Has anyone experiend this issue, and could anyone provide me with some guidance as to what it might be and what to check once my friend has it open? I appreciate your help in advance!

Have you checked the internal connections and solder points of your Nava Extra 9, as loose connections could be preventing sound from the Ride channel? Retro Bowl College

If this synth has any software/firmware that controls sound routing or outputs, it might be worth checking if there's a firmware update or reset option to ensure everything is routed correctly.
