I ve checked all the components, and their orientation.
C3 is 680/50 instead os 680/35 I read on the forum it was ok.
I use a netgear adapter which reads 15VAC 1A.
When I measure ACV between GND and 15V I get 31.4 and between GND and 5V I read 10.4.
I used two different multimeters.
If I plug 12VAC I get something like 25V as well

What can I do ?
