this is my first built, and here is where i am....

I built IO board, sequencer parts for auto trigger, and noise

I know there is a few topics on that subject, but my problem adds a bit of it all (i think)

As i saw on the topic "Cannot adjust TP1 to 5V : stays around -0.2V [SOLVED]" by tupinamba, i checked voltages at all square pads and i get the normal +5v
but at TP1, i get at most 0.6v (most of the times, its around 0.3)

and then, weird thing (maybe some of you will be able to tell me whats that) when i tried to set up TP4 at 130mV, i get a maximum of 70mV which is slowly decreasing if i keep probing that point, untill all power is gone

Maybe this can ring some bells with people that know their business (i hope!)

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i triple checked all components orientation...
