Nava9 PCB silkscreens question

Newbie here hoping someone can help...

On the PCB silkscreen bottom image, Am i right in saying that the blue lines are showing the connections inside the board?

D3 & R186 in the noise section are both so close together that i've managed to solder them together, but looks like it might not be an issue according to the silkscreen? Can anybody advise if this is ok or not?

Correct, the blue lines are tracks on the board. The blue and red block sections are the earth/ground plane.

Most places where two pads are closer than normal is usually because they are connected. There are three places IIRC.
