Midi Keyboard Mode, "TRIG 2"

I just finished my Yocto2 build.
1. Does anyone else have a Instrument 16 / 'Trig2' on their front panel? Mine does but there's no reference to this in the schematic or anywhere else. Can I assume that this is a misprint?
2. Is anyone using 'Midi Keyboard Mode' work? I've read the manual and tried to understand the user guide but it's not clear to me at all. It talks about Indexes and note entry but the flow is really confusing. Can anyone clarify how this works? Is there a video someone can post?
