Hi, without the nava main board plugged in, I’m not getting -15v from power supply. im getting 0v
On the +5 rail I’m getting +5 But on the +15 rail I’m only getting +13v. Is it possible my voltage regulators are bad?

Sometime to get negativ rail working you may have a charge on it. Put a 1K resistor between GND and -15V and check agin
