I broke my Q15*

Hi guys,
I had my Q15* Transistor soldered the wrong way round. When I tried to de-solder Q15* I have broke the 3 legs from the Transistor.
Is this Transistor a common part and easily to purchase at an electro-store?

I have noticed 2 things (before I broke the Transistor);
1) TM1* does not respond.
2) The CowBell sounds very strange. The rest of the Yocto sounds pretty good!
Are these 2 things because of the faulty Transistor? Or do I have another problem? R44* and R45* have been exchanged for 68K and 100K.

Hope someone can help,

Shiva

Hi,

yes, Q15 is a 2SC945 that can be ordered at places like Reichelt.de (site available in English). I broke one in my build and just ordered several from them.

They ahve a 10 EUR minimum order policy which is a bit difficult with parts, but they offer you a large selection of un-necessary useful things that you can add to your cart and go ahead..;)

Dear Shiva Niet,

Your cowbell don't sound right because only one oscillator is working because of Q15*.
You can find spare 2SC945 here:

Thanks for the info.
Especially misa "a large selection of un-necessary useful things"

Luckily, I found a shop nearby and they sell the Transistor.

Yep it works!
The Q15* did the trick.
My special thanks goes out to the people from e-licktronic for their patience and help!
