Power Supply - Incorrect Voltage

Hey there,

I've just started building my NAVA and I've run into some issues with the power supply. Firstly the 0.1uF capacitors weren't sent to me, so I ordered some others (from here: https://www.jaycar.com.au/100nf-50vdc-c ... /p/RC53600), which I think are similar to the ones that were supposed to be sent.

I've now finished the power supply section and when I plug in the transformer (15Vac 1A) I'm getting a reading of +24 volts, -24 volts and 8 volts. Super confused and have no idea how this is possible.

Does anyone know what the issue may be? Thanks!

Turned out to be a faulty multimeter! Power supply is all good.
