I would like to know the wire sizes for the Molex connectors and the Power please. In the Build guide photo I see the 6 pin molex has a thicker Black plenum on some of the wires, why is that? Thanks

I used 2 shielded 2 wire speakercables, found it somewhere else on the forum.

I'm struggling right now figuring the correct orientation for the smd ic's. On my board it's not indicated.. as far as I can tell

There is a picture of the proper orientation forthe SMD ICs in the PDF Build guide for the Yocto2, page 20.
