No drum sounds, only hi hats. Data encoder rebooting Nava

I've been having some ground issues causing distortion on the bass drum.

While wiggling one of the Molex jumpers to try and resolve this, all drum sounds stopped sounding and haven't come back. The patterns are still there but nothing seems to be getting triggered. Only the hi hat is still active.
When powering on, a few of the drums will sometimes trigger. And when the data encoder button is pressed, the Nava reboots.

I've not had any real problems with this until now. Hopefully someone can chime in with an idea of what's happening, and a solution that won't delete all my patterns!

So for the analog drums, I still have tones from all VCOs and triggers on all voices except handclap. There's also no noise on the handclap.

Some of the accents are working and some sound strange. For Hats, Ride & Cymbal, the triggers are working but I have no sound output.

For the bass drum, I've traced the signal and it seems to be working from what I can tell as far as R52/D11/D10 - which is around the VCO test point.

Any suggestions on where to go next?
