I have a weak trigger pulse at the test point mine is 800mv instead of five.

no waveforms on any pins on ic36 its a 4069UBE

noise and decay work and can be heard

I do have problems with a mux/sh board so am testing with nothing in the socket

10v at accent

I removed q39 to test and it passed the component tester.
with it out q39 in i also removed r242 and the trigger is back at 5v is this normal?
are there any links to some test point values to test for in the trigger/envelope section ?

found the problem replaced IC35 another bad m5218 with the kit
