Strange -B4 Ground Issue

Hi All,

I'm having a strange issue with my -B4 being connected to ground somehow. When I probe the 4th pin of the low tom or noise 4558 and ground, there's continuity (which i'm assuming is wrong). Meanwhile, when I do a continuity test to R236 there is no continuity, which the schematic says should be there. I could use some help troubleshooting this.

Okay, it's no longer grounded, but I am getting +15 on the -15 pin for some reason. Weird!

issue was a burnt out 4558 causing the 15 volts to bleed through to the -15 pin.
