How to remove click sound when PC2 is triggered

There is an annoying bug with the PC2 (on both Yocto2 I have build so far). Each time it is triggered there is a noticeable click. You can hear it especially when using the triangle waveform.

I discovered that removing R5 (220k) solves the issue:

So my recommendation is to remove R5/ leave it out completely.
