Tune Pitch range is too much, where to look at specifically? Resistors seem to be alright, coulnt find faulty values.

Which version board have you got? There is mod needed if you are using mix boards also. This will help you break the circuits down http://www.network-909.de/circuit.htm

Mainboard is v 1.01a - afaik the transistor bug with mixed up pins is not the case here.
