Problem after TM2 adjustment process

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
i just finished soldering my Nava and everything worked out fine so far. After plugging the finished build in and checking voltages (they all seem fine) i run the TM2 adjustment process. Then i tried to get into init EEPROM mode but couln´t. Now whenever i turn the machine on it shortly displays the frimware version and the directly goes to "shuffle value". Button presses while booting do not change anything. Also i can not seem to change anything via buttons or pots. Now TM2 also reads 0.0018V
