I/O voltage issues

Hi all,

so after a long time on the shelf I've finally gotten around to building the I/O/power section of my Nava (all non-IC parts on the main board are already soldered). Unfortunately now I'm having trouble with the voltage measurements, as I'm not able to get a -15 reading (+15 and +5 are fine). I don't know anything about electronics but I've been very careful to get everything in the right place. Any suggestions please as to what the problem might be and how to move forward? I'm guessing that installing any ICs is a definite no-no until i can get the -15 signal?

Thanks in advance

Did you accidentally purchase a 15VDC (not AC) power supply like I did? My readings were the same until I bought a 15VAC unit.

wow yeah, I think you're right! Are you UK based? What did you end up buying if so? It's surprisingly difficult to find something that meets the exact specifications.
