Hi guys

I am having some trouble measuring voltages on the master section - in the build guide it says that you have to connect J6 because ground is from there. The connections are good for my cable and it seems correct, but when I am measuring voltages for the M5218 with GND at J6 i get incorrect voltages - if i measure with GND from the main connector (ie. J8) I get gorrect measurements, ie +/- 15 V

I haven't inserted IC's yet, but I am a wondering if either I did something wrong or it's because the build guide is a little unclear?

Am I correct measuring the voltage across GND from J6 and trying to measure the voltages for M5218 at IC66?

I have 1.01a board if that makes any difference.

Did a little more digging around and I am suspecting this issue has something to do with R40, which isn't on my 1.01a board, but is apparently on the 1.02 board. This has something to do with analog and digital ground as far as i can understand.

Now, I can't figure out where my board is in all of this as I have 1.01a - what is the differences between 1.01a and 1.02? Would be nice with some clear information somewhere on the different boards and what to take into consideration while building the different boards ..

Quick update; my error was not connecting J1 to J11 - now it works fine here. From e-lick himself:

The ground come from the mainboard to io board J11 pin 4 then from the io board to Master section on J14 Pin2
