I may be overlooking it, but I think there is no way to set total accent via MIDI, is there?
if not, could it be implemented please?

yes, i know velocity can be used for accent per instrument.
but i mean Total Accent which acts on all accentable voices at the same time.
this is not accessible via MIDI as far as i can tell?
