Hey all,

we've completed the Noise Circuit of NAVA and need a little help.
What's the approx Voltage of NAVA's Noise out, at IC 33 Pin 9 (tutorial, last step)?

From the look of the meter (last Pic of tutorial), it looks to be something in the Volts range, however we only get about 20 mV pp.
If we connect a ipod-style headphone, we get very low volume mid-rangey noise.

We've checked all the connections, and also power supply is fine and polarized correctly. We wonder whether one of our ICs is bust.

Is this right? I was expecting an ear-splittin white noise.
