Hi ppl!
Why are so many ppl still wanting a Yocto (v1) kit?
What are the real differences between v1 and v2?
Why should (or should not) sell v1 to get a v2?

For me it was the look was nearer to the original.

Thanks... and what about the feature set? Differences? Missing somethings?

It might be many people will want to add the Cocteau board to their Yocto and if I am not mistaken it's only available for Yocto V1 so far.

Yocto:
- design closer to original TR808
- global accent
- you can add Cocteau mod

Yocto2:
- much better sequencer
- PC-2!!!!!!
- individual accents
- you can add mods (not as many as include Cocteau mod but enough to make so nice sounds)

What you mean? Global accent is working like in original TR-808.

I know. This is why I'm asking if individual accent will ever make it into Yocto v1

You also have total accent track. I don't remember if you can change level of this but it works like in Yocto1.
