Everything works, except snare.

Okay 9 months of soldering is over, and my NAVA is working... Nearly.

My snare is really low, but as for the small amount which comes out, the level pot is working reverse.

All the tone controls works as intended.

Any suggestions? Except for one part of IC40 being dead?

I have checked all connections and they are fine, and have tried to reflow the solderjoins at IC40.

Does anybody know if im on the right track, before I start desoldering and properly destroy an 5218?
