[Solved] Reverse voltages in noise section. Help, please!

Hi again,

I'm up to the noise section, at the point of testing the top right point on IC33, IC32, and IC31. I am measuring - 15V for all of these. On IC27, point 1, I am getting nothing.

Diodes are positioned correctly, as shown on the silkscreen and build photos. I've checked all my solder joints and re-soldered all the ones that were slightly questionable, and I'm getting the same results.

Also, after about 10 seconds I plug in the PSU, a very subtle high pitched electrical sound fades in, and it doesn't sound good.

I should mention that I did bridge together the joint between D3, and R196. I tried gently heating up and scraping the bridge (I didn't have the right tools at the time. I'm stupid.) and there is a mark/discoloration there now, but no solder. I've since bought a soldering pump and solder wick and cleaned out the joints and replaced both the diode and resistor as needed, but I'm still getting the same results :(

I'd very much appreciate any help. Thank you.

Also, I did measure my power supply. I'm measuring +14.77V, +4.98V, and -14.98V, so I believe I'm good there.

Here are some photos. You can see the mistake I made trying to clear the bridge the two joints in the bottom left of photo 2,3,4 and 5.

Here are 4 more photos showing the voltages if it's of any use. http://imgur.com/a/vr16q

I think I may have found the problem, but I still don't understand..

In my last post showing the photos of the wiring housing/harness. The red wire is going to +15V, Green to +5, Blue to GND, White to GND, and Black to -15V.

On the back of the board where J5 is installed, it's reversed..

Is this an error, or should I have reversed it the whole time? I mean when i wired it up, I went row by row. This is top to bottom, bottom to top, if you see what I mean.

Regardless, my mistake for not looking first.
