NAVA professional soldering service

Hello everybody,

After I finished my first NAVA.
I've noticed that the NAVA does not work as it should.
I think i have two left Hands ;-)

Now I order a second and let them assemble from a professional company in Germany.

Per NAVA this costs 500 € exl Vat.
- they bend all parts and cut them.
- leadfree Wave soldering with a wave soldering system
- Clean the PCB
- make a visual inspection
- pack them
- send back

My question is there intresse from anyone
If they make more PCB´s that will be cheaper for everyone.

The exact price I could bring in experience when I know how many NAVA PCB´s they should build.
I think by 10 around 300-350 €

greets
Tornuto

What's wrong with your unit? Really no way you can fix it with the help of this forum?

I have some news.
The 26 Wires are include.

1 piece: 500,-€
2-4 piece: each 400,-€
5-9 piece: each 300,-€
10 piece: each 200,-€
all exl VAT 19%
they can buy many parts of the MOUSER BOM cheaper, all Resistors and Capacitors ect.
So i can save up around 50€ for each Mouser BOM.

seems like they don't test and calibrate it and just visually inspect the solder joints? so if there are any "faults" have fun debugging it.

It's an offer from me. I'll test it.
