So currently my crash is really really loud - I'm guessing I have an incorrect value of resistor somewhere..
What to check?>

In case anyone else is as stupid as I am... I had a super-loud low tom. I double checked all the pot values and did the firmware update (no difference). Turns out I
completely missed soldering the active legs of the volume/level pot. <facepalm>

Nah, mine is soldered in and I can adjust the volume, so it must be something else, most likely it sill explain one of these extra resistors:
In case it is helpful to troubleshoot where I've maybe used the wrong component somewhere, I had the following components left over at the end (the numbers in brackets were the amount that were initially supplied, according to the mouser bags):
2 x 0.01uF Film (22x)
5x .1uF Film (7x)
1x 1N4148 Diode (95x)
4x 220R (8x)
1x 10K Resistor (138x)
2x 1K resistor
2 x 603 transistor

both my cymbals are loud aswell... i would say they're the loudest instruments... i just have them on low volume, also pitch on 0% is louder than pitch on 100%

My crash cymbal is over 10v p-p at full volume... I assume it should be a value of a resistor or capacitor somewhere what I should check, or the value of the pot?

Can anyone measure me a p-p value for the crash?>
