Since i have chanching the pins of the transistors like it is in the circuit diagram, my Tone and Snappy doesn't work.
I have rebuilt it to the mixed legs. And it also doesn't work.

I had also swiched the legs and I I had a constant feedback from the snare after that. It't didn't go away after I swapped the legs back!
Today I found the fault by pure coincidence.
In my case one of the diodes: D58 / D61 was broken!!
After I changed them the Snare worked again.
Might be a start for you!

diods are ok

i can see the signal from tone and snappy. It goes to r294. works optical well on the poties. between c78 and r294 it is the last time a strong signal.

does your noise work? snappy and tone are tied to the noise.

bass drum and toms working good so noise should work then. i have a problem with handclap but i think i fried BA6110... i will check noise with oscilloscope.

My noise is verry low.

I have changed the 14006 and see, one of it is defect.

So it couldn't work exactly.
Now i wait for new ic's
