My 2 cents regarding the holes for the IEC socket and switch. For me, this was a huge PIA during the entire group buy project. It complicated the ordering process, the price calculations as well as the packing since there were many different options. I also didn't like the fact that the unused holes had to be glued shut with the acrylic blanking plates, even though it turned out to be an OK compromise.
In retrospect I would have had a lot less work if I wouldn't have provided these options to begin with, so I can definitely understand why these aren't provided now. But this is a DIY thing after all, if you're serious about making/fixing/modifying your own gear, you shouldn't be afraid of cutting holes in a brand new enclosure. I know I'll be making a hole for a switch, like on my Yocto.
And personally I love HappyMum's design of the Nava enclosure, it will look amazing with gihaumes wooden sides! Perfect match for my Yocto!
